Cool be Exercise does not collect data, transmit data from the app, link data to an identity, or track anyone across apps or websites. Information you enter and progress created by your actions are retained only in the app sandbox on your device.
Information stored on your device
Cool be Exercise stores the following locally so its features continue to work after you close the app:
- whether a plan exists, its chosen intensity, and completed plan days;
- daily check-in choices and optional check-in notes;
- guided session history, including day, pace, completion and skip counts, duration, and earned XP;
- private journal notes;
- viewed exercise identifiers, XP events, streak and badge progress; and
- the selected motion preference.
This information is stored with system-provided local preferences inside the app sandbox. It is not sent to the app developer or a service provider.
Collection and transmission
Cool be Exercise has no backend, network feature, cloud sync, account, sign-in, analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting service, or telemetry. It does not upload check-ins, sessions, notes, progress, device identifiers, or diagnostics.
Your operating system may include the app's local container in a device backup according to your Apple device and backup settings. Cool be Exercise does not initiate, operate, or inspect that backup.
Accounts and identity
Not applicable. Cool be Exercise does not offer or require accounts, profiles, authentication, email addresses, credentials, or social sign-in. Local app activity is not linked to an identity by Cool be Exercise.
Third parties, analytics, ads, and tracking
Not applicable. Cool be Exercise includes no third-party SDKs or services, analytics, advertising, cross-app tracking, data brokers, or sale or sharing of personal information.
Payments and subscriptions
Not applicable. Cool be Exercise contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, payment processing, paywall, or commerce feature.
Device permissions and health data
Cool be Exercise does not request access to HealthKit or other health data, location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendars, motion and fitness sensors, Bluetooth, or notifications. It does not read data from those protected resources.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains on your device until you remove it. To delete mutable Cool be Exercise data, open Settings & Safety, select Reset all local data, and confirm. This removes the plan, check-ins, sessions, notes, XP, badges, and saved preferences. Bundled exercise guides remain because they are part of the app.
Removing the app normally removes its local container from the device, subject to operating-system backup and restore behavior controlled through your device settings.
Security
Cool be Exercise relies on the iOS and iPadOS app sandbox to separate its local data from other apps. Keep your device and operating system updated and use device access controls appropriate for you. No storage method can be guaranteed to eliminate every security risk.
Children's privacy
Cool be Exercise is a general wellness and exercise education app intended for adults and is not directed to children. The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy
If Cool be Exercise's features or data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. App Store privacy disclosures must be reassessed before releasing any version that adds data collection, networking, an account, a third-party SDK, or a protected-resource permission.
